I think my wife is going to be filing for divorce soon. We own a house together that we bought almost 2 years ago. The morgage is only in her name though. I had some credit problems when we bought the house and we got a better rate, by leaving me off the morgage.

Can she just up and kick me out whenever she wants to(in MN). We have never had any domestic violence or the cops called or anything like that involved.

I need to know what my rights are for living in my house. We have never seperated or lived apart.
