Ex wants to sell the house and keep all the profit

Hello, my dh has been divorce for 3 1/2 years. They have a separation agreement were he was giving her X amount of money for x amount of years, well that time is up and he does not have to pay her spouse support. They have two children and he pays child support on time.

The problem is that when they were married they bought a house together. In the separation agreement it says that after the kids turn 18 that the mortgage will be sold to ex-wife by a quit clain deed. She stay in the house after they devorce. She has been living in the house with her now husband and has a new child. She complains that the house is to small for her and her new family and is asking my dh for a quit clain deed so she could sell the property and buy a bigger one. The problem is that she says that whe she sells she won't give him half the profit because is not his house anymore. The house is in both their names. Also she says that she is the one who has been paying for repairs and that she could take him to court so he could pay for haft the rent and haft everything since he is claiming that the house is haft his.

Please give us some advice, do you think that the court would make him pay for half of everything. My dh does not think is afair for her and the husband to keep the profit as the house was bought by him with his VA loan. Thank you for your help.
