Fiance owns home, getting married....

My fiance bought a new home about 9 months ago. We plan on getting married at the end of this summer. If we (my kids and I) decide to move in prior to getting married, what are my legal rights to his home, as well as other legal matters? Both while living together prior to marriage and after marriage. Thank you for you information.
