My husband and I share custody 50/50 ( I just filed for full)He was falling asleep on the couch at night and they were putting themselves to bed (in the same bed-they do have seperate rooms). when I complained, he than started putting them to bed at night with him, taking turns on who sleeps in the middle. My youngest (boy) said he woke up with his sisters bare ass touching him (she is a girl and sometimes takes her pants off in the middle of the night due to sweating) I have now complained to my (soon to be X) H that they do not belong in bed together and certainly not with him. He just fights me on everything, he says (lost of kis sleep with their parents) he sees nothing wrong with it. He says he will fix the sleeping situation as I told him I no longer want the children sleeping at his house except everyother weekend, he refuses this and there is no custody other than verbal at this time (I did file for full but he will fight me til the end). He also allowed our 8 year old to get locked out of the house in an unheated sunroom for a period of 1 - 2 hours (we're still debating the time line) when it was freezing outside. My little boy said to me " I was scared Mommy, I thought I was gonna die, I was soooo cold. My husband says he wasn't out there as long as two hours (doesn't he understand the danger of even one minute of a child unnatended and locked out of the home) and that it was at least 50 degrees. He again, sees that this one incindent is no big deal and says it won't happen agian. I don't trust that but what can I do. He is so manipulative and make himself sound good no matter what. HELP!!!!
