equitable distribution HELP

Here is our list of assets. We have been married 6 years and have aquired these assets together. We have no credit card debt, but do have a mortgage...I also have 30k dollars in student loans most of which I took out while we were together but not married. I did though cosolidate these loans 4 years ago and we have been paying them out of our bank account. We have had funds in past to pay them off but did not because of the tax beneifit.
Her 401k 40,000$
Me no 401k-always thought paying off house early was better choice.
Cars both paid off
Honda Accord 2001 KBB values at 5460k
Acura TL 2007 " " 26,710k
Jewelry (not wedding ring) 13000k
We have already divided bank accounts accordingly.
I need help on exactly how we split these assets and if we are both responsible for student loan.
