You can check with the clerk to see if the final hearing can be rescheduled. The 90-day waiting period is a minimum amount of time, not a maximum, so not sure why case would be dropped.

Unfortunately, with the final decree, you'll either have to get another service to complete the paperwork for you or get the forms and complete them yourself.

If you're in Texas, I could help you, and make sure you get the forms by August 1st.

If not in Texas, you might want to look into CompleteCase.com. Not sure of their prices but they handle divorce documents for all states.
