I worry about our infrastructure in our country also. We can send billions to Iraq and yet can't seem to take care of our own country's needs.
I feel so sorry for the folks on teh bridge... all of them. For a lot of the survivors I imagine it is going to be a rough time for a while. I have a fear of high and or long bridges. I have to cross one in SW OH to get to my son and d-i-l's.. it is almost 250 high, and 2300 plus feet long... goes over a gorge and river. I detest this bridge... vertigo kicks in and I feel like I am being sucked to the side... not a good thing when you are driving. I thank God I am not going to visit them this weekend!
I honestly think I coud use some therapy myself now because the "bridge from hell" is now really on my mind. trivial I know, compared to what the folks on the bridge at the collapse, and their family and friends, are going through.
