Her wish to move could be considered a significant change in circumstances to revisit custody issues . If you seek to oppose relocation , she would need to prove it ( the move ) is in the best interest of the child and that satisfactory arrangements for parenting time with you are available . Personally , I think you may be in the " in driver's seat " for primary custody for reasons of stability . |
