Move Away/Visitation help

Hello All, I am new here so please bear with me. I am twice divorced and remarried again. I live in PA. Ex wife number 2 intends to move 1100 miles away with 2 of my kids. I am the non-custodial parent of a 3 and 7 year old. If I can't stop her from moving, what can I look for with visitation? Who pays for travel, are there any different support arrangements? Any info is helpful, thanks.
