To the original poster, what I did with my situation is that my lawyer included in our court order that X is not allowed to consume alcohol and/or drugs for 12 hours prior to visitation and the duration of the visit. If I even think he is on something, I have every right to deny him our kids. He no longer sees our kids because he pulled this stunt this past summer when I let him have our kids, trying to be nice. It cost me $$ and sleep but I drove all night to get our kids and I would do it again.




I dont know your/his history but have a curiosity question. Are you going to give him another chance?
