Last time I checked...dad was considered a parent. What he wants to do with his children during HIS parenting time is HIS business. He doesn't HAVE to get BM's permission if he has joint legal custody! They had every right to tell SD about the trip and BM had no right to try and place demands and/or conditions on their children going on a vacation with their FATHER on HIS parenting time! *sheesh* Do you LOOK for things to b*tch about IRL too?
