well your right there..he is one of these that thinks nothing is important enough to change..like when we married hed been divorced 6 years..he still had her name on all of his stuff..and i couldnt get my name on anything..its taken me a couple of years to get him to take her name off of the credit cards, checking account..(he just opened a second one with my name instead of closing out the old account..still money in it to this day)..and property that he got in the divorce..he just doesnt see it as a priority..we have had huge fights over this stuff..most men cant wait to get their ex's off their stuff..not him..anyway..how much for the poa?..can i just take it to a notary or does it have to go throught the court system...?
