Meth is a problem up here. However the propane business is a block away and Mr15 was like 6 ft from our back fence. Still, I appreciate your post. I had never thought of that and will keep an eye out because who knows who could access the place through the back of the property.
The old guy? Hmmm, Nebraskan... don't know if the meth thought had occurred to him. He has enough problems keeping trak of his Yard Waste bins on trash day.
