My SO's CS obligation ends in Sept. 2011. CS is to age 18 or graduates high school which ever is first. The state the order is in doesn't require parents to pay for higher education. It's unlikely his child will go to college, but if she does he will have to decide to help or not depending upon her choices and his income.
