It is amazing isn't it? But she and her sister are as night and day as they can possibly be. That's part of it. And the other part is that he really doesn't care. She's there to serve a purpose. He may "love" her in his own way.. but I'm not even sure about that at this point. She's an accessory. Pull her out for special occasions... fulfill the sister obligation... and please don't aggravate him or give him problems in the meantime.
I couldn't figure out on Friday night when I got her, why he SEEMED really annoyed.. but he was saying everything was peachy keen. Now I know. He HATES when she doesn't fit the mold he has envisioned. And he's not willing to do what works. She's really a damn good kid. I watch other kids.. I see how they behave,I see how they treat other people.. kids and adults. Animals. My daughter is pretty freaking awesome. Wayyyy more considerate, polite, and caring than most kids her age. Incredibly intelligent, imaginative, entertaining. I've been dating someone for a little bit and he's been around her a few times casually and he can't understand how ex can dislike her as much as he seems to. It's okay.. his loss.
