If a CS order is "ORDERED that the order dated XX/XX/XXXX for the following is hereby terminated effective April 20, 20XX..."- does that mean that CS for the NCP to pay/CP receives goes THROUGH April 20th or stops April 19th?
ETA: I assume that terminated effective means terminated ON the 20th so CS goes through the 19th and STOPS for the actual date of the 20th.
