I get so frustrated with CSE. I called the other day, get through to an operator, she asks if I am employed (weird) I say yes. She asks if the full amount is being paid, and if not, I need to understand that I am responsible for the remainder, and my lack of making enough money is not their problem and I will HAVE to pay regardless of income.
I am like, "Huh?" So I explain that I am the CP and SHE is supposed to pay support. Now, she hasn't paid a DIME since July of 2009. Went to court in October of last year, after she had been picked up on a FTA warrant, then released about an hour later. She was given till November 1st of 2011 to start paying the measley $200 bucks a months she owes. No payments since.
So back to the story, the operator asks me if SHE has a job. I say I do not think so. THEN she says, "Well, if she is not working, you really can't expect her to be able to pay anything."
So I guess if I was supposed to pay and COULDN'T, tough sh!t, if SHE is supposed to pay an dcan't, I should show PITY.
