I did, his wife CLEARLY states that the brother in law is in control of the account, and she has no idea how much is in it.

Bottom line, it was a LEGAL DEFENSE FUND, and thus whether or not it could be used as BAIL is in question. But the PROSECUTION wants the money. Why? Because they have a WEAK case, and their ONLY hope is that he can't afford to hire a decent attorney to FIGHT it.

Well, the prosecutor is SUPPOSED to try and keep him in jail, and the judge ordered a HEARING. That means the judge is not SURE. As for HIS lawyer, nope, ALL he has said was that the JUDGE thought Zimmerman "mislead" the court.
