The whole basis on DH not getting skids on Sunday was because the GAL was told there was an ongoing investigation regarding the one SS. We thought it was the judge that stated there was an ongoing investigation but when DH spoke to his attorney yesterday he said it was BM's attorney who in court to the judge said there was an investigation. Since DH and GAL have confirmed there is no investigation, DH's lawyer said this was misconduct on her lawyer's part by lying to the judge.

DH wasn't able to talk to him long enough to find out what his steps would be regarding this but his lawyer said it wasn't a good thing for them to do.

What I don't understand is why the lawyer would say that if he didn't know for sure?
