Refresh me again on the steps you all took with this sexual abuse. I ask because in all honesty it should be reported... was it? I can think back to all the cases I worked on as a GAL and remembering parents being charged with "Failure to protect" or "neglect by omission".... because a sexual case was not reported and proper steps were not taken to protect the other children in the home.... I SO see this coming your way....
