Yeah--that relationship was working real well. If you file for divorce, you are entitled to half and you may request that he account for the proceeds so long as you don't wait and allow a significant period of time to pass.

In a divorce, he would be creditdfor the money he retained and you would likely be compensated with property of an equal value assuming that the liquid proceeds could not be located.
