How are they allowed to NOT claim their income? I worked in Germany on the local economy and had to claim my "kindergelt" (if you are British you get something similar like 70 pounds a month fpr children) and a portion of my income as "foreign earned income".
How are they forced to file taxes on ZERO income?
Why doesn't your ex just claim their SSANs?
