Actually he discussed the joint return from last year when we were still married. I've only been divorced since August 07. I'm entitled to that information. My x is a lying, cheating, stealing idiot and only changed so he could lie, cheat and steal some more. I'm getting a copy of his tax return anyway due to our still joined interests in 2007. And believe me, x already gave me a copy of his deductions as farm expenses and they aren't legitimate deductions.
