Splitting the refund (I'm guessing that's what the spirit of the order, if not the letter of the order said) doesn't mean they have to file jointly. In fact that would be the LAST way to split a refund or liability. With her doing that, it means that ALL of the refund (I'm guessing if there had been taxes due, she would not have changed the contact information to her address) will go to HER.

OP, I know your original question was 'is it legal that she filed without your consent' (and I'm not sure you can prove you didn't give consent since you did give her the file) but my question is, 1) after you reviewed it, was it correct and 2) has the refund been received and split?
