Can't find spouse. Need some help.

We were married in Florida and, I have not seen him since 2005. I moved to TN over a year ago and would like to get something done. I don't want anything from him, just a certificate of divorce. I really can not afford an attorney. If it's possible to get this done on my own I would like any help or advice I can get. I have no idea what the laws are in TN for divorce when you can not find your spouse.
