different county

Hey Everybody, this a 2 part question. 1.Does anyone know if there is a way to have your divorce moved to a different county. I haven't got a chance where I am. She knows everyone at the courthouse. She has lived there 50 years and comes from a family of 12 kids and her father was well respected and knew the sheriff and a lot of county and police officials. There is no way i will get a fair settlement in Wilson county. I just went there and the judge ruled for me to have supervised visitation. And he let her pick who it would be. She refused my sister saying she didn't know her and she knows her very well....she lied.
2. My lawyer was negligent. I told her a lot of stuff right before we walked into the courtroom and she said only a few things I told her. I kept writing notes for her to object or ask my wife certain questions that were crucial to his ruling. She kept saying hold on. And

before I knew it he was making the ruling against me. Does anyone know what i need to do to get it changed to another county. And do i have a chance of recovering part of the 1000 dollars she charged me since she would not ask the judge or my client crucial questions. [color:blue] [color:blue]
