Child support

I was curious if anyone has gone through a situation like mine: I'm married, my ex isn't. I pay him CS (courts are funny in my area). My husband mentioned the other day he had found a blurb online that my ex could include his income/checking account if he decided to go after more CS. I was under the impression this couldn't happen. Any thoughs or advice?
