I guess complicated. She's emptied about half of what was in the house, wants child support and alimony, half of what is left in house, his pension and life insurance, they were married about 16 years.
He has the child and lives in the house and has all the bills.
At first hearing she was worried more about the possessions than the child. Said visitation would mess up her 32 hour a week work schedule. Then revised that to say she would take child "a few" days a week.
Over last 8 months, shes only taken child 6 times for 2-3 hours at a time.
She also has a boyfriend and I'm pretty sure they live together. That is what destroyed the marriage. Her looking for men on the internet. He has emails, letters and pictures that he found after she moved out of the house.
