I need information on how to get back into Fl courts for a custody hearing. I've made my mistakes as a person and a parent and don't feel I deserve a life sentence for them. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Can I file an appeal? Do I need to plead a new case or can I just rebut the one that was given? help me please...........
