spousal support

I've been married 19 1/2 years. I currently work. I got hurt at work so I'm disabled. We live in pa my husband makes about 50,000.year. we have no kids. Can I get spousal support and alimony?

Spousal support and alimony are basically the same thing.
How much are you currently making? Clearly, since you are working, you are not so disabled that it impacts your ability to earn a living so your disability is probably not going to be a factor at all. How much you make will play a factor. And if it is in the ball park of what your stbx makes, well, you aren't getting spousal support.

Because of your amazing gender you can take it all. Tell your ex that not only do you demand alimony, but want spousal support and spousal maintenance. Don't trouble yourself with anything like pride or self worth. You are women, and like a leach, must be fed by the host! Yay!!

Unless the gov't says you're disabled and you're pulling benefits from Uncle Sam, you're not disabled for income purposes. In other words, any alimony award will be less the amount of money you've been making, because you'll be considered still capable of earning it. "Imputed income".
