Chad Edinger of the State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO) listened, learned, accepted calls, acknowledged concerns, solicited information from parents and supporters, and worked tirelessly throughout the State to implement CFI Reform; overcoming significant obstacles and strong opposition.
