Reintroduction Period. (Parent to Child)

50/50 custody and placement order with no times and no child support. Mom and I were never married. Mom left non jurisdiction state 8 months ago and I have disputed under the UCCJEA.
I figured it wont go my way so im moving back to state that rendered original custody order. Have job lined up! 1 hour from our child.
The real details here! Mom got a domestic abuse restraining order 2 months after she left in State she went to. Just her Testimony to the judge is what got it! She has stated I am a drunk and druggie and financially irresponsible. She has not allowed any contact for 8 months, between daughter and I. Daughter was 2 yr 9 months when mom left she is 3 yrs 6 months now.
QUESTION! What can I expect for visitation intially at the bare minnimum? For how long Aprox? Will they order support with a temp order? Will it take two months to get into court to get contact? I have been trying to get contact thru both wisconsin and florida courts this whole time and they have pretty much said because jurisdiction is in dispute they cant do anything!
Any help on those questions would be great because If I move Im taking a 1.00 pay deduction and losing 40 hrs vacation, and I hope its not gonna get worse before it gets better....as in I want to start seeing my daughter!

its going to depend on a lot of things...
What state(s) are we talking about?
Were you convicted of any drug or domestic abuse charges? How long is the restraining order good for? Is the child listed in the restraining order or just Mom?
What have you filed so far since moving back?
You should be able to file an emergency petition to get to start seeing your daughter...probably no overnights to start but at least once a week. This is IF you do not have crazy criminal charges and IF the child is not listed on the restraining order.

We are talking about Wisconsin.
Back in the early 90s i had a possesion of thc charge for a pipe. I have not been charged or convicted of Domestic violence....(there has not been police contact in 6 years with the ex nor ever for domestic violence) she got the Domestic abuse injunction 2 months after I filed for return of child along with the UCCJEA afidavit. The restraining order is good for 4 years! Child is not listed in it.
I have not filed anything nor will I. The Jurisdiction judicial conference is set for July 12th but im thinking about dismissing the litigation in florida seeing as Im moving and just dont feel like moving the kiddo would benefit the kiddo at this point....
Can I get a lawyer somehow when im back in Wisconsin. The GAL has sent me a letter if it stays in WIS he wants Pschy evaluations very quickly because of the serious allegations. at a cost of 2500.00 to 3000.00 per person in a city that will be over 2 1/2 hours from where mom lives and 3 hours from where Ill live! I want to file for a change of venue to milwaukee county so that it would be more convient for mom and I settle things...? I wonder if that is possible?
