I filed for limited divorce in MD and it was denied by judge. I did receive sole legal/physical custody and child support for our son. Use and possesion was not awarded to either of us. My son and I moved out 4 months ago. Husband said he would not pay the mortgage, cause the loan wasn't in his name so it won't hurt his credit. He would stay there until the final divorce and use/possession of property was awarded or until the bank kicks him out in a foreclosure. I can't keep paying mortgage and pay for my son and I to live elsewhere....What can I do?
