My son's father lives in PR we had a verbal aggreement he would send 425.00 monthly since he was 7 when he turned 16 he went and lived with his granmom he came back to my home when he was 17 in march of 2011 since then his father refused to give him money can I sue from 3/11 till he turned 18 in sept 2011 he attends a techincal school now and i am paying all the books test and transportaion even though its not a college he does get credits can i request for the father to help me i make 20,000 a year he owns a trucking businees and is also a manager at a shipping company. the father's whole attitude is he dont need school and if he lived over there he would have everything
