Do it Yourself Divorce

I have been separated for over a year. My husband left and comes here to see the kids when he knows I am not here. He wont tell me where he lives. I have tried to get him to give me some information, but he wont.
I just want to be done with this, but cannot afford an attorney as I am paying all the bills AND raising HIS children.
Can someone recommend a REPUTABLE way to get the papers to file on my own.

you can have the divorce filed in the news paper and he has 30 days to contact you or lawyer and if he doesn't the divorce will go through and then you need to file with NC Child Support Enforcement to try to get child support.. They will hunt him down..as long as you know his ssi and if you know NC DMV # they will locate him.... good luck...
