after divorce pension

Would my ex be able to recieve the pension that i am almost vested in? I know she is entitled to my current annuity but would she be entitled to my retirement after the divorce is final, i'm confused about that legal issue in California?

Yes. If it was accrued all or in part, during the marriage, she would have an interest and it can be divided in a divorce.
