Ex Selling furniture???

Is it legal for my husband to sale our furniture ect... before the divorce is final. We havent been to court or anything and he decided to move out and let me move in our house.. before he move he sold our bedroom furniture, dining room table, Entertainment center, and many other things.. Can he do that legally.

Unfortunately , yes . Hopefully you can recover some of the cost of the assets that are being wastefully disappated when you file for divorce .

yes it is legal..i secretly take stuff out of the house and sell it...she has to prove that i do it in court...
