Disposal of Marital Assets

All:
Contrary to the collaborative law participatory agreement
which we both signed-up to [we live in TX] my STBX has
disposed of several items of furniture which I had
earmarked upon the sale and her departure of our former
marital residence. I believe that she has sold them to
a third party and at no time did she seek my opinion or
consent. She was also told by her own attorney to not
sell off any property from the community estate but has
clearly ignored his counsel.
What legal remedies, if any, can I pursue?

Hi Staffy-
File contempt charges on her and ask for legal fees, costs, and sanctions to be re paid to you. She is burying herself...hope she keeps it up:) Tell your attorney to file ASAP.
