Currently I live in the State of Georgia as well as my spouse. I purchased my house there before I got married. I have been married for a little over five years. My spouse has not been ever supplied me with anything for the mortgage or the cars that I owned before I got married. However the automobiles are apart of my business and I just permit my spouse to drive one. Now that we have not been sleeping in the same bedroom for two years and have not had sex in almost three. My spouse wants half of my house is my spouse entitled.

He is not entitled to 1/2 of your house. He is entitled to 1/2 of the appreciation in your home's value that was gained in the last 5 years. If like most homes in this economy, your home has lost value in the last 5 years, your stbx is S-O-O-L.
