Hi, I recently moved with my wife to south fl with our three kids. I have since found out that she has been having an affair and the guy lives in FL, but not that close. I want to confront her with the facts I know but I want her to sign an agreement saying that I can move back home with the children in the vent of a divorce (my family and some of hers is back home). I have contacted a coiuple attorneys they they agree that it would really help if she would sign something like that. My question is, does anyone know where I could get a example of something like that? I do not have the funds available to me (I am having a hard time finding a job down here) to have a lawyer right it up. Thanks |

A signed agreement is unlikely I would imagine. Even if it were to be signed, it fdoes not preclude her from contesting the relocation or custody in the divorce proceeeding. Keep your emotions in check. The fastest route out of the house and to an inferior position in custody issues is to be on the receiving end of a domestic abuse restraining order. |

She has been denying this relationship for a while including a long discussion recently. There is another matter going on that I am going to use as a reason I want her to sign. There is no chance of me losing it. I understand everything that has happened and everything that could happen. We have always have been civil towards each other and for the sake of the kids it will remain that way. |

I can't imagine anyone being dumb enough to fall for that. As soon as you ask her to sign she's going to know what you have planned and say "no". |
