My wife and I are seperating. She moved out. She wants to keep her car even thought it is in my name. Everything is going well now but I think I better get the car before she screws my credit(thats why the car is in my name). Legally how can I get the car without a key?

Have it rekeyed -- but are you going to give her the opportunity to refinance it in her own name?
Legally, the car may be yours on paper -- but will she be able to get to work without one?
