Hello, I am trying to find out if I have grounds for a annulment and or if I have any financial liability. I live in the state of Kansas. My problem is I have been married for only 6 months and I resently found out that my wife has over 27K in credit card debt. She had told me that she only had around 11k. Once we got married she became reluctant to discuse money issues, and I believe this is why. I have also learned that she is still communicating with her former live in boyfriend, which she had stated that they have no contact. And finally I have learned that her values and morals in regards to raising kids are way differant than mine. She allows her 16 year old daughters boyfriend to stay the night. Which is totally againt my beliefs. What it comes down to is she has lied about all these things and now I feel I need to get away....fast!
Advise please!

I don't believe you have grounds for annulment. You can get an annulment for fraud, but you would have to have been lied to about things other than money. Like that she had been married before or maybe that she had children you didn't know about. I found several websites about annulment in Kansas. Just do a search for it.
As for your wife's debt, Kansas is an equitable distribution state, which means that a judge can divide all your property and debts in a manner that he/she thinks is equitable. This includes debts that you incurred before marriage, unfortunately.
Sounds like you need to retain an attorney.
