I've been with my husband since 2005 got married in 2007 he was great. We moved to Texas 4 yrs ago. And ever since I've moved out here he has treated me different now he doesn't accept my 2 older children from a previous marriage. We have a daughter together n I'm 4 months pregnant. I told him that I want him to divorce me since he treats me like he doesn't wanna be with me. He wants to come and go as he pleases "acts" like he's single. And had different emails, flirt chats, to meet new people. I feel stuck in texas. He says he'll give me a divorce if I don't tak him for child support. I'm so hurt. My body wants to stay but my heart says I don't deserve this. What to do? ;(

You can divorce him. As for cs, you can't bargain away cs. The right to cs is the children's. Cs for the unborn child will have to wait of course. You may be awarded spousal support.
