Dude if she starts swinging (or even yelling) call 911 immediately and run like hell so you are the first to make a complaint. She makes a single complaint about you, you are sunk.

Could you tell me a little bit about what filing pro se is all about? Or maybe point me in a direction where I can bone up on some of the finer points of filing? I don't want to make meager threats. I want to put it all together and show up with a Rambo-Terminator-Dirty Harry pre-emptive legal strike that'll overwhelm her.

Depends on your state. You need to file a petition for divorce, citing reasons (which vary state to state), need to document everything when you file, etc etc..you can PM me. I've done it.
