im from the uk and met a woman in arkanas she is married with 1 9yo child her husband has been to jail and is now out
she wants a divorce from him is it a problem for her dating me and living with her while her divorce goes through as she does not want to appear as a bad mother with DHS as she thinks her husband will cause hell during the divorce with me here
he will not get the child due to what he was jailed for but he will be bitter and she does not want to lose her daughter
has anyone been through the same thing? and what happened?
she has spoken to her attorney and she thinks its better for me not to be around but as she has not delt with a case like this im hoping someone here has and can advise

Why would you want to shack up with a married woman? Well, Arkansas doesn't care, she wont lose her child over this. They SHOULD care, but they don't.

Well, I would be asking myself what he was in jail for???
Then, I would ask myself how do you think he will react to you boinking his wife???
If I was you, I would wait until the divorce was final.

i know what he was in jail for i dont want opinions i want answers read the post will ya
he also know about me and when she takes the kid to see him hes does not give her a hard time about me but she fears he will start anything when she files for divorce
he thinks he can clear his name but its not going to happen and its over between them

Yep, he will give her a bad time once she files for divorce and it is likely he will come after you too.
Like I said, wait until the divorce is final.
Just because you don't like the answer, doesn't mean you need to get nasty.

you are just guessing and her old man wont come after me and you have not been through this so i would rather listen to someone who has but thanks anyway for your advice i wont be taking it

so this woman is married to a guy who is in jail for doing something bad enough to lose custody, and now she's screwing an [censored].
Sounds like she has great taste in men.
Feeling really sorry for the 9 y.o.

I lived with my current husband for 10 years before we got married. We have 5 kids between us. Once we were married, all of our kids said the same thing -- they were glad we weren't still "just living together". They didn't approve. Our kids were much older than your gf's daughter, I'm sure.
If your gf doesn't want to lose custody, she should protect that at all costs. Which means, you move out. Her attorney gave good advice. You should listen to it if you have any concern at all for your gf's daughter.
Try thinking about this as what is best for the child. Is it best for your gf's daughter that her mom is living with someone while 1--she is still married to someone else, 2--she is not married to you?

well hes out of prison now and she had to go for an englishman as shes had ebough of american men who are full of [censored] so quit the racist comments loser ok
