I do not disagree with that.
With regard to conflict, again, there should a review of who is creating the conflict. In the end, the children are impacted and it should affect custody.

I think equal parenting time should be mandated with proof needed in order to deviate. Distance, abuse and such are good reasons. When I got divorced, the killer for 50/50 was that she didn't want to do it because she wanted residential custody, which guaranteed full child support. It should not be allowed for the female to say they don't want to do it so, they get more time.
