She said in earlier posts that her kids WANT to move...

Thing is I think this will be a very tough fight for her if her ex tries to stop her. I think it will be an uphill battle that will continue for months if not YEARS and cost thousands of $$$$

Her best bet would be to try and reason with her ex--- and come up with a parenting plan that will benefit him--- and be willing to pay for all transportation costs (such as airline tickets) associated with the children seeing him during most school vacations and half to most of the summer. That's what she is truly looking at, if she is seriously considering this.
