File the necessary forms with the IRS and let them go after her.
_________

Gecko, what exactly does the IRS do in that case. Say someone doesn't have any custody, legal or physical and they claim the kids anyway?

Do you have a friend with a cheap suit and a briefcase you can have knock on her door and say he is from the IRS ?

Lol, well that would work.

The is they already know what they did was a big no. The person that can claim the kids did and like Googledad it was rejected. They went with option #2 and submitted all the documentation. I was just wondering what the next phase will be.

I agree with Tweeby. That is how my X and I filed last year. He claimed them as dependents and I just filed for the EIC.

She however is going to have to file that way. But I know someone that this very thing happened to and they still filed and sent in their court order showing that it was their year, they got their money and his X had to pay back some of her refund.

And seems you didn't understand my comment, Bugs?

It has nothing to do with what your ex gets. You were talking about YOUR MONEY, like YOUR tax refund.
You are complaining that someone else is getting the money that is owed to you and that you worked for and contributed. Seems like what Mr. O has plannned for the ones who make money doesn't it? Thus you are just spreading the wealth.

Seems if you believed in Mr. O's way, of spreading the wealth, you might just give her the whole refund in a Democratic way of coarse.

Yep, lots of Democrats LOVE giving away OTHER people's money, LMAO!

Why give a "senior" discount, they have had plenty of time to raise the money...

Just got a little chuckle...heck he has only lost a 1000.00 or 1200.00 whatever the deduct is for a kid, and he is pissing about it. But then a Republican is a tight azz and doesn't want to share...go figure?

Would that be a DemoRepub then?

I know I have watched Mr.O, and he uses the Spread the Wealth quite a bit...just wondering why his devout follower is not so happy they took his money?

>>>>>>>>> It's clear as mud .

It has nothing to do with what your ex gets. You were talking about YOUR MONEY, like YOUR tax refund.

>>>>>>>>> Considering it's money I paid ,YES .

You are complaining that someone else is getting the money that is owed to you and that you worked for and contributed.

>>>>>>>>> Someone being the ex who agreed via STIPULATION to claiming the child EVERY OTHER YEAR .

Seems like what Mr. O has plannned for the ones who make money doesn't it? Thus you are just spreading the wealth.

>>>>>>>>>> Still blaming him for Republican ideas ?

President Ronald Reagan called the tax credit “the best anti-poverty, the best pro-family, the best job creation measure to come out of Congress.”

Need I remind you who championed the child tax credit ( hint his first name is NEWTON ) .

Need I remind you who DOUBLED the child tax credit ? His initials are GWB .

Seems if you believed in Mr. O's way, of spreading the wealth, you might just give her the whole refund in a Democratic way of coarse.

>>>>>>>>> Except it's the Republican way , 30+ years of fiscal gimmickry that all of a sudden Republicans DON'T LIKE .

He's an idea for the brain dead set , let's lem do it AGAIN . I'm sure they'll get it right THIS TIME .
