I would like to increase my ex husband share of the health increase that my son's policy has incurred. He says he agrees that he is responsible for the 1/2 of the increase. Judge M, you are going to love this...., he and his attorney want PROOF of such increase. Can you believe it? I thought I made it very clear in Dec., that I was not providing jack-shyt to the courts. What a douche, he was never a father and now HE is asking the questions? How long are you, Judge M., going to let this go on? I don't provide proof to anyone. My word is as good as gold. Just ask my God and my friends and family that know, love and support me. I AM THE MOTHER!!! By the way, it is obvious that my attorney has turned my case over to his house cleaner.

The NG not only helps to protect this country but they are out in force for disasters that occur. The NG always comes to the aid to any place they are needed and repair what need repairing and helps those who have lost everything etc... They are a branch of our Armed Services and should be treated with respect.
Who really gives a rats a$$ if JL's ex washed out - many individuals wash out of the military for all types of reasons but to continually knock the NG is, as you said, getting old.

Okay, so Sampoe can read a court doc. IF they were a troll. Or maybe, just maybe,they ARE real? That's a pretty elaborate example to make up about the supermarket. And it's totally something I could see JL doing. and I could see the son's reaction. Kid hasn't been ordered to continue therapy, despite evidently JL stopping it, for no reason has he? And yes, that's in the court docs. So obviously a LEGAL entity feels that the kid should be in counseling.

I can; however, honestly say that I do NOT think, nor do I know anyone else who would disagree, that LORETTA is a "sock". Unfortunately, the same can't be said of you. There's probably a good half dozen people who are quite sure you are one of the socks M5.

I'm not sure she's the ringleader, but I'm pretty confident that she's a participant. I heard a bunch from old time posters that she was all sorts of involved in the old time drama.. apparently involving people's jobs and whatnot.
My personal opinion is.. you're already on an "anonymous" board. How stupid/idiotic must one be to create a fake name on an anonymous board? PARTICULARLY when people ARE going to figure out, pretty damn quick, that you're an existing person.. pretending NOT to be an existing person. It's colossally stupid.
And they are alll up in arms over people discussing what "poor" JL has put on here herself OR has ENCOURAGED people to go look at for themselves (the court docs). GO LOOK FOR YOURSELF!!! Oh wait! As a poster that has been here longer than most.. I do not recall anything about M5 ever being involved in anything involving someone's employer or work.... please tell me where that's come from..... because that is really bad information. I have posted here since the fall of 2003 and have never known one single "drama event" that M5 was involved in. I would really love to know what "long time poster" told you this story and would love to know what story she/he is referring to.
The trolls are the same person, that to me is obvious. One for sure, with a possible second "helper" but I am not convinced. They all seem to post together in clusters. None of them can spell worth a [censored] either, same word patterns as a previous poster. I have sent several messages to the admin regarding turing IP's on for just an hour so we can see who is really who.
All I can do is wait, becuase the lights have flickered on and off in the past.

Anywho.. you do realize that it's incredibly easy to mask an IP? You also realize that person could post as themselves on their home pc and be one IP, post as troll 1 on a say work pc, and be yet a third on a phone?
The reality is? Even if the "lights" come back on? In this day and age, with the different mediums by which one CAN reach the internet? Your smoking gun isn't so hot really.
As for writing style.. I suspect you mean Katie right? And obviously that's who the person is trying to mimic.. And going really dramatically overboard so it's obvious it's NOT Katie and someone trying to LOOK LIKE Katie. But I'd bet big money it's NOT Katie, or Agui. it's what whoever the real culprit WANTS people to think.. but it's not them.
Anyway, the admins aren't going to show IPs. It's a complete waste of time and whoever the admin is? Probably is smart enough to know that :) Never mind that they're probably not going to let what they do as an admin be driven by the drama of the board. Which, quite frankly? Helps the site because the more drama? The more "hits" and the better it is for DS.

I'll freely admit I've participated in the drama here, especially surrounding JL and Christian posts. But never once have I shared private/personal information NOR have I ever made fake profiles to troll around. Sorry...not my style. As for being able to post from a cell phone? See...I've only recently...less than a year ago in fact...got that capability. I didn't get a smartphone until July/August. And I never even go to this site from my cell (I did twice, when I first got it..just to check it out and frankly...too annoying for me since I no longer have a querty board).

Yeh, the whole work thing gets me.... the only person that I know about first hand contacting employer was he that can't be named and it was MINE... he got ahold of my legal department (which also represented me in my last custody battle... so that didn't go far with him)...... I remember Aqui saying someone contacted hers.... but I just don't recall ANYONE ever saying it was you.... that one has me puzzled.... and most of us "longtime" posters have spoken up... with the exception of Gecko and Dee... There are only a handful of us left from the old boards....

She seems to be pretty friendly with at least one or 2. She is always conversing with them as if what they say is gospel. Sampoe is a troll...whether they are originally from Delphi or not...still a troll. They come here to specifically start flame wars. And then have a few JL haters adding to it by conversing with them (flaming really). When I don't pop up in the thread, I am accused of being one of the trolls...when all I really want is to just not get involved anymore (I mean..whats the point?).

Well..to be honest...what some of them say is absolutely the truth...at least what can be verified, you know? And while Sampoe is a troll at the least, some of what she states is quite true...
I don't think any of your long time people here...I mean, the ones who really remember what happened on the old boards, etc etc?...are really out to do JL in..See her fall flat on her face....anyone who truly wishes that for her isn't okay in my book, and I'm not at all prepared to say that it was LB wants...But when LB is crucified daily for being honest and JL is so disproportionately dishonest and has been for a long time...(face it, that IS the truth...) well..I can see why she gets upset..
LB is really truly a good and kind person...I truly believe that...but that's my experience with her...She doesn't cut corners or pull any stunts...she's somewhat aggressive here..but she always seems to have her back against the wall for simply telling the truth...do you see the difference?
In the end...none of it..NONE of it, changes what I'm having for dinner, you know? And in the end...who cares? Really...to participate brings no one closer to the truth, because the people who know won't just come right out and say who they are and why they know...so its just dumb to play along...

So has LB and probably a few others as well. My point is that she shouldn't be crucified over and over again, constantly. I think LB is very hateful and mean spirited...and not just because of how she's treated JL...she treats alot of ppl hatefully. You have to be pretty blind not to see it. Is she that way in her RL? I completely agree with this post.
It does seem that LB past is often thrown up as a measuring stick for what she does or doesn't do. On the other hand MrsB. past deeds need to be hushed and ignored.
Honestly, LB truthfulness is what got me to even look at her as an person, instead of just a post. When all that crap went down. LB stood there and took every bit of what was thrown at her. She didn't run, hide or make excuses for what she did. Did she do wrong. Hell, yeah. But I admired the way she owned what she did. Not many people would do that.
I try not to judge someones character on the mistakes they make. I watch to see how they deal with the fallout of those mistakes.
Now to be clear I am not saying that all the past nasty of either one needs to be hashed and rehashed. I am saying that if one needs to be buried and forgotten, then maybe both do.
I actually found DS to be enjoyable the last few days and was posting more, then BAM someone needed some extra attention and started all this crap again. Of course I am just as guilty as as anyone this time for feeding into it, as here I am posting.

Ditto to both Arden and Reilly. There are times I think LB is over the top, or overly defensive, with some of her posts. There are also times I think Mrs B sets herself up for her own drama. Both of these women are human and have their own life experiences that cause them to react the way they do. It's their lives and they live with the consequences of their actions, so its not my place to pass judgement.
The thing is, IMO LBs screwups seem to get thrown in her face alot more aggressively than MrsBs. Not saying she's not been called out for her stuff, but yea, LB gets villified and MrsB gets a little grief. The double standard is quite obvious.
A few other observations:
- I don't think for a second that M5 is a troll. I don't think its worth the effort for her.
- IMO neither Katie or Agui had the attn span to put this much effort into harassing MrsB for such an extended period of time. They'd have gotten bored a lonnnng time ago and couldn't have refrained from posting about their OWN lives for this long.
- The troll crew, after learning how to type a full sentence instead of txting like a drunken 13yr old girl, should take a look in the mirror. While they yell 'hypocrite' and 'coward' at others, their own hypocrisy and cowardness is front and center. If they actually cared for that little boy, they'd sit down, shut the hell up and let MrsBs actions speak for themselves. Since they can't manage to practice some self-control and refrain from harrassing her, she rarely posts. Obviously they get more satisfaction from name-calling than doing something constructive to "help" that little boy they claim to care about so much.
- It appears that the newer trolls were created specifically to counter the trolls hassling MrsB. What's the point? Trolls are a lot less credible, and haven't said anything nastier than has been said on this site before. If you're a longtime poster hiding behind a troll name, just say what you want to say as YOU already. Seriously. It won't kill you.
- Turning on the ip's won't do diddly for proving who's who. There are enough tech savvy people on this site that could hide behind proxy's sourced in Siberia if they wanted to.
The only antidote to the troll disease infecting this site is for people to STEP UP and be HONEST. Then?
MOVE ON. Who gives a crap about JLs life?
On a side note, I'm waiting for someone on this site to start peddling t-shirts that say Team JL and Trolls Have More Fun.

Yes... it was in 2003/2004..... if you recall, the IP's were posted and since I worked for a "carrier".... the IP came back to my company... so he contacted my employer and got my HR/legal department.... he talked to her at length about how I've contacted him at home, how I have threatened him and his family.... blah blah blah... HE also called the local police AND his county police who both contacted me at the house......... Net/Net- we (my employer) did a cease and desist on him and the police told him to get lost..... It was rather stressful for about 4 months and I stopped posting for a year.....

i would guess the reason Lexie's past is thrown at her in her face is bc she is always bragging how rite she is all the time and how hypocritical it is for her to point out and even find humor in other posters relationships having struggles or not working out all the time. It is bcuz of her pi$$poor attitude and high school immature flaming and accusations and fortune telling that leads some posters to bring up her own past. How can anyone consolidate her priding herself in being a biatch and manipulating people for her own amusement (as she herself has said more than once) with her being a truly good and kind person? I'm glad that's been your experience with her, it hasn't been mine. She's repeatedly used my dd against me, she's used information shared with her privately to try to intimidate me into silence, she's admitted to holding a grudge against me for years, even after I've repeated apologized to her for my approach back then, over something that she has actually publicly thanked me for, because she recognized that I was right, even though my approach wasn't. But nope, not good enough for her. I've lost count how often she's told me that I’ve failed my dd, because she became pregnant at 17 while she was living at her dad's. By the way, as far as her simply telling the truth, I am happy to report that my dd still has not killed my grandson Casey Anthony-style. Sorry to put a smear on her "quite impressive" record of predictions.
It's been said a few times that pm owns her mistakes. I guess those who believe that do not consider what pm has said and done to me a mistake. I do not need anyone to explain her actions to me, why they are justified, I know what she has done and what she has said, and if it were anyone's child she used to get to them, they might feel the same way... and if they still feel it is good and kind, and just being upfront and honest, then so be it.

A couple of people approached me on that one to see what I could do about getting it stopped as she had identified herself to me -- it got stopped. Hasn't happened again. She's not around any longer, have no clue where she is.

Ok, "a little grief" is an understatement. She gets grief. She gets info she’s shared spread around, looked up and talked about by trolls and regulars alike.
They have a lot of similarities: They’ve both lied to the board about abusive relationships. They’ve both got ex-husbands who are apparently responsibility-challenged. They also BOTH have targets painted on their backs over how they’ve interacted with people on this board.
So let’s hypothetically call it even: both of them have gotten crap over their choices, their behavior, and there are two distinct camps that will never be swayed in their opinions in who is the bigger evil.
So what next?
What ELSE can be done to “WIN” this war? Drive away a few more newbies? Bring in a few more trolls to stir up crap?
Oh, so no one wants to “WIN”. They just want to reserve the right to be as nasty as they feel like being back to whomever they feel has earned it.

Rewriting history does not make it fact. I've never bashed your child, I've never used her to attack you, but I was very ugly in the way I disagreed with you how you handled her behavioral issues. Regarding my dd... yes, I was quite clear what diagnoses we were potentially looking at, and I was also quite clear that she could not be diagnosed until she turned 18. You are correct that once diagnosed those disorders are not medicated or "babied away"; the reason that many mental health professionals are hesitant to diagnose minors with them is because personality development is not complete. Refresh my memory... those diagnoses I was quite clear on... that was in private messages to you, wasn't it.

Btw, the mental health professionals on my dd's team disagree with you about the well formed personality at 16, which is why she wasn't officially diagnosed with those disorders when we pm'ed about this.

Isn't it fascinating? And they've now posted something I told ONE PERSON in the entire world about. There's ZERO doubt as to the source of the "anyone willing to hire you yet" comment. ZERO. ONE person was told I was being laid off. ONE.
Now, granted, truth may not be that one person. However it means that the one person if they are not truth? TOLD truth. Who, obviously, is not someone I would otherwise tell. And it took them a hot minute to do it. 2/22 was the date this one person was told.
Now, truth has been silent since "gotcha". Apparently they weren't swift enough to realize they'd been set up. And they got bagged.
Now, for those thinking "well you ...". Umm, NO. I was GIVEN information by someone else.. PUBLIC INFORMATION to boot.. and I discussed it with ONE other poster, who had been given the same thing. I didn't pass it around, etc etc.
Anyway, what I told the one person? Wasn't true. Yes, I told a deliberate lie to see where it would go. 2 weeks later, here it is on board.
It would be nice if the one person fesses up and SAYS who they told, or admits its themselves. I have the return private message from that person that clearly indicates they knew I wouldn't be working. Sooo, one person, you gonna fess up and/or tell who you told?

The person who told me will always be respected as a friend as she proved she cares about people. Truth also took my friends names from my FB page or one of her friends did. Only 3 people here were on my FB recently - and one of those was through Redd's FB page.
2 of those people don't give a rat's ass about this crap and the 3rd was Leanne.
Truth has also searched my local district court to see if there was anything pending in my name. She also pretended to know my ex's name AND she pretended to know enough of my name to post it here as the title to a thread.

I have to disagree. Of course if you say you only spread the information out of concern, who am I to dispute that. Unlike some people I would never assume I knew first hand why someone truly does or doesn't do something.
However, on this board the passing of information there has never been a gray area covering the whys. I have watched over and over the main argument against LB has always been the spreading of private info. Nobody ever seemed to give a damn about the whys, only that it happened period.

I will come clean. No problem. LB did tell me on 2/22 that she was being laid off. When LB hit the wall 2 weeks ago and Loretta was being hard on her.... I asked Loretta to please go easy on LB....that she was going through a lot and I'm worried about her. I said she was being laid off and that it had to be hard........ It was not meant to bash LB, it was intent on getting Loretta to see how hard life can be and how we all struggle....just as I hit the wall with my dads death. I am at a bb game for my son, but when I get home, I will post the pm.
Yes, I take 100% responsibility for "telling" but the intent was genuine. For that, I do apologize to LB. It was wrong.
I told Loretta on 3/30, they day they were really going at it.....Loretta did respond with she hated anyone being down on their luck and she hated knowing it. Her response was genuine and does not lead me any indication Truthis is her.

Quick Rely --
While DS won't turn on the ip addy's because A)they don't want to get sued, and B)its useless as a tool to determine identities, I would like to see them tighten up security.
For example, you can't have more than one account from a single ip address.
So if I wanted to create an account called TrollArePondScum, I'd have to close Java to do it. That wouldn't stop the trolls completely because they could still create accounts using multiple devices, but any little bit of aggravation for people who's sole purpose is to aggravate isn't a bad thing.

Yes, I told Loretta...on 3/30 after LB post about her being a horrible person.....in my mind, she had been laid off, she was broke and her bf left her........Loretta was all over LB, so I asked Loretta to back off and o told her that not only did LB post concern me because she had told me she was being laid off (hence her being broke...I was validating LB).....only now to find out LB has lied about of all.....so if caring and asking a person to back off means I have issues......then fine, I have issues.....and I am cool with it.......and I thought LB deserved to know because I felt I had hurt her more.....bit now finding its all a lie....makes it all moot..........and I will go to the grave knowing who Loretta told.......
If it was done for malice it would of been earlier.....dates and events match up...so yes, out of concern.....

Who gives a flying crap about "gossip"on this site? 99% of what is said here is straight BS anyway. It is hystercial that SRS is rolling around about this "gossip" yet she continually engaged with the trolls about JL's life.
