Well, one for being tardy, one for vandalism, one for drug paraphenelia...yes, it sounds like a kid who is getting progressively worse. Yes, I smoke pot, and in MY home, I see no problem with it. Big difference between that and having it in your possession at SCHOOL or work. Just like there is nothing wrong with having a BEER...but doing so in the middle of the workday would be a non-no.

Funny, because criminal lawyers, divorce lawyers and even prospective employers seem to thinks its pretty important.

Actually, there is NO difference where a druggee smokes pot. It's illegal whether it's at home, at school or at work. I feel sorry for your kids, because if you are to be beleived about their mother being a drug addict, it appears that they don't have a drug free parent, at all. You are setting an extremely poor example by smoking an illegal substance.

No, smoking pot is NOT just like drinking an alcoholic beverage. One's legal, if you are 21 or older.
The other is, well, ILLEGAL.
Just like shooting and killing a person that you were stalking/following is.

Almost as much sense as helping a black homeless man who had been attacked, and then "profiling" and killing a kid BECAUSE he was black, huh?

The human eye is drawn to movement. He could have stood against the wall, perfectly still, and blended in. As to WHY he attacked Zimmerman, I don't know, 17 year olds do weird crap.
